Operational Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate effective communication across teams, team leaders, and management to promote collaboration and ensure the timely resolution of operational challenges.

• Oversee incoming requests, coordinating the distribution and prioritization of tasks while establishing clear ownership among teams.

• Monitor the progress of tasks, deadlines, and dependencies, proactively identifying obstacles and facilitating their resolution.

• Organize meetings and follow-ups to ensure consensus and the timely completion of action items.

• Coordinate quarterly planning activities, including scope preparation, planning sessions, and alignment of initiatives among teams.

• Maintain task tracking and documentation in Jira, Confluence, and other relevant platforms, ensuring transparency and up-to-date information.

• Identify process inefficiencies and bottlenecks, driving enhancements in operational workflows and cross-team collaboration.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Project Coordination, Project Management, Delivery Management, Operations, or a comparable cross-functional position.

• Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple teams and stakeholders within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Practical experience in managing incoming requests, prioritizing tasks, establishing ownership, and tracking dependencies and delivery timelines across various teams.

• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.

• Experience with Jira or similar task management systems.

• Proven ability to monitor project or operational delivery, proactively identifying obstacles and risks, and coordinating their resolution.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Proactive and solution-focused mindset, with the ability to foresee potential obstacles and address issues before they affect delivery.

• Strong coordination and facilitation skills, with the confidence to align diverse stakeholders and keep discussions centered on outcomes.

• A commitment to continuous improvement, with a genuine interest in optimizing processes and enhancing cross-team collaboration.
