Open Source Community Advocate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Foster and cultivate relationships with customers in public forums such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit, and data-focused Slack communities.

• Assist Metabase users through both open-source and paid products.

• Respond to users on the discourse forum and provide support to customers across social media channels.

• Engage with users to understand their objectives and what they aim to achieve.

• Collaborate with the writing team on various projects.

• Take part in brainstorming sessions to determine the type of content that should be developed.

⛳️ Requirements

• A passion for helping others and resolving their challenges.

• A solid technical foundation with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in writing production code or managing systems.

• Familiarity with data visualization or data analytics tools (experience with Metabase is a plus).

• Exceptional written communication skills.

• Comfortable representing Metabase during webinars or live events.
