Online Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Strategize and implement online marketing initiatives.

• Develop and enhance social media platforms, with a primary focus on LinkedIn.

• Produce and refine posts, blog entries, and case studies.

• Assist in shaping content strategy and brand identity.

• Formulate and execute lead generation tactics.

• Track and improve campaign outcomes, key performance indicators (KPIs), and conversion rates.

• Aid in managing paid advertising initiatives such as LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.

• Utilize HubSpot or similar marketing automation systems.

• Construct and oversee marketing funnels and automated workflows.

• Develop and manage email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing strategies.

• Establish, maintain, and enhance the CRM platform.

• Collaborate with the sales team on lead evaluation.

• Assist in the development of sales support materials.

• Work closely with sales and product development teams to foster NAIRON's expansion.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree or training in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

• Initial experience (Junior) or several years of experience (Manager) in online marketing, social media (particularly LinkedIn), and content production.

• Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools like HubSpot.

• Strong comprehension of customer journeys and sales funnels.

• Analytical mindset with a data-driven focus.

• Keen interest in AI, voice technology, and innovation.

• German: business-fluent or native proficiency.

• English: excellent written and spoken communication skills.

• Preferred: Experience in B2B marketing.

• Preferred: Knowledge of performance marketing.

• Preferred: Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics or LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
