Account Manager, Digital Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate effective communication and interaction with the current client base to improve retention rates.

• Articulate complex technical concepts to both potential and existing clients.

• Present innovative ideas, updates on campaigns, and next-step suggestions to clients.

• Lead onboarding discussions and kickoff meetings with clients.

• Collaborate with fulfillment, creative, SEO, listings, video, vendor, and operations teams as necessary.

• Assist the salesperson in updating Salesforce.com.

• Aid the salesperson with preparation for meetings, proposal development, contract distribution, and collection of marketing materials.

• Execute general administrative tasks as required.

• Assist businesses in reaching and converting customers through digital channels including search, social media, and display advertising.

• Comprehend client requirements, create customized strategies, and drive quantifiable results.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a marketing, sales (inside or outside), or sales support role.

• Experience in a digital marketing sales environment is preferred.

• Proven experience in Digital Advertising.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Highly organized, proactive, accountable, and self-aware.

• Excellent communication skills with a client-service mindset.

• Familiarity with CRM tools, such as Salesforce.com, or other database systems.

• Proficiency in English is preferred.

• A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
