This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Facilitate online courses in alignment with institutional guidelines, technological standards, and curriculum frameworks.
• Offer comprehensive, constructive feedback on assignments and proactive support for students facing challenges.
• Reach out to disengaged students via phone, email, or text to encourage retention and log outreach efforts in the faculty portal.
• Aim to achieve and maintain a minimum 70% student success rate across all assigned courses.
• Keep precise and up-to-date student grades and submit final grades at the conclusion of each academic term.
• Track student progress and work in conjunction with Program Directors and Student Services Coordinators to mitigate academic risks.
• Direct non-academic inquiries, such as financial aid and transcript requests, to the appropriate campus personnel.
• Engage in mandatory in-service activities, faculty meetings, and continuous professional development.
• Master’s degree or Professional/Doctoral degree (e.g., JD, MD, Ph.D.) from an accredited institution.
• At least 18 semester credit hours (or equivalent graduate-level credits) in the relevant teaching subject area.
• A current license, certification, or professional credential required by local, state, or federal regulations to practice in the field, applicable for core program courses.
• Previous experience teaching post-secondary courses in an online or asynchronous LMS environment is essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), LMS platforms, and video conferencing tools (Zoom, Teams).
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills appropriate for digital interactions and remote mentorship.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection.
• Ability to read, understand, analyze data, and communicate effectively through written and oral instructions.
• Proficient in standard desktop office tasks, including extensive computer use, virtual platform communication, and digital document management.
