This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Reconcile and analyze various accounting accounts, which include banks, customers, suppliers, federal taxes, and ISS (municipal service tax)

• Integrate and reconcile payroll records

• Execute accounting closing procedures for fixed assets while managing additions, disposals, and transfers

• Familiarity with ancillary tax and accounting responsibilities, including ECD, ECF, and REINF

• Assist the manager in the preparation of financial statements

• Provide support to the department manager as required

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel

• Strong experience in account reconciliations and monthly closing procedures is essential

• Familiarity with the Protheus system is an advantage
