Online English Writing and Analysis Course Developer – All Levels

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Design and present captivating online classes for Writing and Analysis in a 1-to-8 student format.

• Instruct semester-long courses for learners aged 6–16, focusing on story analysis, story writing, persuasive writing, narrative writing, analytical writing, and literature analysis.

• Develop, evaluate, and refine lesson materials in accordance with JadeClass standards.

• Dedicate effort to creating a comprehensive 15-lesson course.

• Review and deliver pre-prepared classroom materials supplied by the design team.

• Get ready for and participate in scheduled development meetings and teaching sessions.

• Engage in weekend teaching during the fall and spring semesters, as well as Monday through Saturday during the summer.

• Utilize the ClassIn online platform for development meetings and instructional delivery.

• A video introduction must be submitted along with the application.

• Must ensure preparation for and attendance at all scheduled meetings.

• Must possess a lively personality and be conversational.

• Must be logical and able to articulate concepts clearly and simply.

• Ability to replicate and adopt JadeClass's style.

• Maintain a neat and professional appearance.

• Exhibit a positive attitude.

• Open to adapting to meet standards.

• Excellent oral grammar and clear enunciation are essential.

• Must have a fast and stable internet connection (≥ 20 Mbps).

• A modern, reliable computer with a CPU Benchmark score of approximately 10,000+ is required.

• Teaching hours are compensated separately at a rate of 75 USD per 90-minute lesson.

• Payments are processed through Wise between the 10th and 12th of each month.
