📋 Description

• Daily monitor market and macroeconomic news to generate high-quality, timely content ideas aimed at young professionals.

• Oversee Vested Interest’s presence on social media through various forms of content, including short- and long-form video, audio, and written formats.

• Translate newsletter content and create original material tailored for Wealthfront’s audience.

• Collaborate with Lifecycle, Social Media, and Creative teams to effectively distribute content across multiple channels.

• Assess content formats and distribution channels, advising on which to prioritize.

• Work alongside internal teams to evaluate content impact and devise strategies for improvement.

• Generate and write engaging, shareable stories for the Vested Interest newsletter and its associated distribution channels.

• Produce both short- and long-form written and video content, adapting topics for platforms like Substack, TikTok, YouTube, and others.

• Partner with Social Media, Editorial, Investment Research, Creative, and Compliance teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in writing and editing timely, engaging market and macroeconomic stories for top-tier outlets.

• Proven track record in creating original, timely long-form content is a must.

• Knowledge of investing and personal finance strategies, macroeconomic data, and the effects of broader financial trends on young professionals.

• Creative storytelling ability with expertise in translating financial news and data into unique, easily digestible content.

• Experience in audio, video, and/or social media is essential.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
