Senior AI Prompt Writer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the implementation of the AI innovation roadmap in alignment with the company's digital transformation objectives.

• Implement AI use cases that focus on automation, predictive analytics, customer engagement, and enhancing operational efficiency.

• Develop advanced AI agents and prompts, integrating them with existing systems and processes.

• Ensure that AI solutions are scalable, dependable, compliant, and developed with ethical considerations.

• Adhere to SitusAMC's established AI development protocols and procedures.

• Engage in quality assurance, volume, and bias testing, including the creation of test plans.

• Create replicable AI models that can be utilized across the organization.

• Work collaboratively with delivery teams to improve products, optimize workflows, and enhance decision-making processes.

• Assist business personnel in advancing AI initiatives.

• Carry out additional related duties as assigned by the manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a pertinent field (such as Business, Computer Science, or Engineering) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• 2-4 years of industry experience or relevant experience.

• A strategic mindset with the capability to align product decisions with the organization's strategy.

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

• Familiarity with backlog management and prioritization methodologies.

• Strong analytical abilities.

• Understanding of Agile methodologies and their application in product or service development.

• Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Experience in real estate is preferred, though not mandatory.
