📋 Description

• Take ownership of the games roadmap from start to finish by developing and implementing a comprehensive portfolio strategy.

• Ensure that casino content remains innovative, competitive, and in line with business priorities.

• Strategically position games to enhance engagement, retention, and revenue generation.

• Utilize data to improve lobby layout, categorization, and visual presentation.

• Track lobby and portfolio performance, including metrics such as traffic, popularity, and revenue.

• Convert performance insights into prompt optimization actions.

• Collaborate with game suppliers to manage delivery timelines, secure new content, and ensure timely launches.

• Work closely with product, marketing, and customer support teams to align roadmap initiatives with promotional strategies, acquisition goals, and overall business objectives.

• Serve as the internal authority on games and lobby best practices.

• Offer guidance and training to various teams throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in online casino operations, with practical experience in games roadmap or lobby management.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

• Thorough understanding of game providers, player preferences, and the regulatory environment influencing Social Casino and iGaming.

• Proven project management skills to manage multiple workstreams, meet deadlines, and remain organized in a dynamic environment.

• Confident in collaborating across teams and with external partners, exhibiting clear and effective communication.

• Experience with A/B testing or lobby experimentation frameworks is a plus.

• Familiarity with Free-to-Play Social Casino mechanics is advantageous.
