Online Accountant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Documenting incoming payments for our clients (property owners)

• Recording outgoing payments in the relevant accounts within our Immoware24 system

• Assisting in the preparation of service charge statements independently

• Developing expertise in property management

• Ensuring accurate record-keeping in the company's internal system and meticulously documenting processes

• Adopting a customer-focused approach in all tasks

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in accounting – you are well-versed in accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Excellent communication skills in German (fluent, both written and spoken)

• Proficient computer skills and hands-on experience with one or more accounting software

• Strong eagerness to learn and a high degree of dedication
