OneStream Functional Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Engage in OneStream implementation projects throughout all stages, encompassing requirements gathering, functional design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.

• Convert client requirements into functional designs that cover Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial Close, Consolidations, and Reporting.

• Provide enhancements in organization, processes, and technology to optimize financial functions.

• Work collaboratively with US-based project teams and client stakeholders on OneStream implementations.

• Discover opportunities to elevate client operations and performance through analytics and strategic insights.

• Offer post-go-live managed services support, which includes troubleshooting, system enhancements, recurring close cycle assistance, and end-user training.

• Address client inquiries and issues, escalating them as necessary for prompt resolution.

• Keep documentation updated regarding configurations, processes, and support activities.

• Develop and execute firm-approved AI-enabled client solutions, ensuring compliance with data protection, intellectual property, and professional standards.

• Remain updated on emerging AI tools and collaborate with firm leadership on compliant opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of practical experience implementing OneStream, with a solid understanding of core CPM processes.

• Familiarity with other EPM tools (e.g., Oracle, Hyperion, Anaplan, Adaptive) is highly advantageous.

• 5–7 years of experience in Consulting, Finance, Accounting, or Financial Systems, preferably in a professional services setting.

• Capability to gather and convert client requirements into clear functional designs and configurations.

• Proficiency in analytical and modeling tools, with the ability to create financial models for analysis and forecasting.

• Skill in synthesizing key data into succinct executive dashboards.

• Proven ability to responsibly explore and implement firm-approved AI tools.

• Willingness to learn and apply emerging technologies, including AI and automation, following firm policies and client standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• OneStream certification is mandatory.

• Ability to effectively collaborate with globally distributed teams across various time zones.
