This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Engage with customers to meet their identified needs
• Provide education to key stakeholders regarding oncology products
• Interact with the wider oncology community
• Achieve or surpass designated sales targets within the assigned territory
• Operate in a field-based sales role covering the Denver, Colorado area
• Collaborate with team members to reach or exceed territorial sales objectives
• Meet with key stakeholders to gain insights into practice structure, business models, and influencers
• Cultivate business relationships and trust to identify customer needs
• Utilize approved resources and messaging to convey patient-centered product rationales
• Leverage knowledge of multidisciplinary care teams, cancer staging, treatment alternatives, pathways, and guidelines
• Evaluate trends in complex purchasing environments and drug distribution channels
• Examine product purchasing and prescribing behaviors
• Create and implement both short-term and long-term account strategies with local team members and the district manager
• Inquire to better understand customer priorities and requirements
• Ensure a consistent customer experience across different divisions and functional areas
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with the customer team, including the Customer Team Leader, Key Account Manager, Nurse Educator, Field Reimbursement Associate, and Medicare Account Executive
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 8 years of sales experience OR a high school diploma with at least 10 years of equivalent experience
• Over 2 years of experience in oncology field sales, specifically selling oncology therapeutics to oncology customers
• Equivalent professional sales experience, healthcare/scientific work experience in oncology, professional marketing experience, or military experience
• A valid driver’s license and the ability to operate a vehicle
• Willingness to travel as needed, including overnight stays
• Reside within the Denver, Colorado territory or within a reasonable proximity to the district
• Preferred experience in oncology field sales or clinical oncology
• Documented track record of strong performance in a sales/marketing or oncology clinical role is preferred
