This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Implement Celcuity’s commercial strategy within the designated territory to meet sales objectives.
• Achieve or surpass sales targets within the specified territory.
• Design and execute business plans for both territory and accounts.
• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with oncology professionals, healthcare providers, and key accounts.
• Identify and assist in overcoming patient access challenges with Market Access, Marketing, and internal teams.
• Present clinical and product information to customers in a compliant and suitable manner.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs and the local Medical Science Liaison to enhance oncology-community education.
• Gain insights into the territory, customer base, accounts, referral patterns, and competitive landscape.
• Represent Celcuity at regional and local medical conferences and meetings.
• Manage territory resources and expenses within the defined budget.
• Utilize CRM, targeting, reporting, and other commercial tools to oversee the territory effectively.
• Complete necessary training on products, disease states, compliance, and selling skills.
• Work collaboratively across Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Marketing, and Commercial Operations.
• Undertake additional assigned projects and responsibilities.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required; a degree in science or business is preferred.
• Over 5 years of sales or similar customer-facing experience, including key account management, market access, or engagement with thought leaders.
• At least 3 years of proven success in oncology biotechnology or pharmaceutical sales.
• A demonstrated history of being a top sales performer.
• Experience in selling scientifically innovative products that require engagement and buy-in from multiple stakeholders.
• Proven experience in a competitive market.
• Strong technical knowledge and experience with Buy and Bill processes and the oncology medical benefit.
• Results-oriented with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting.
• Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Current or recent experience in breast cancer, ideally within the last 10 years.
• Established relationships and access to breast cancer treatment providers and experts within the assigned territory.
• Experience in launching branded oncology products.
• Background in solid tumor oncology.
• Familiarity with both small/emerging and larger, fully integrated biopharmaceutical organizations.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and attend regional or national meetings as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet the company's driving requirements.
