Oncology Research Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, configure, and uphold adult oncology treatment protocols and research medications within the Epic Beacon and Willow Inpatient systems.

• Monitor research build requests in the queue and oversee project timelines.

• Provide status updates during research committee and team meetings.

• Conduct Quality Assurance reviews on research builds completed by fellow analysts.

• Implement validation, integrated testing, and formal change control procedures for individual build tasks.

• Collaborate with pharmacy, clinical research, and IT teams to ensure research workflows align with clinical operations and regulatory standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid RPh or PharmD in any U.S. jurisdiction.

• Active certifications in both Epic Beacon and Epic Willow Inpatient.

• Demonstrated success in independently building and implementing oncology research protocols within an Epic health system environment.

• Direct build experience in adult oncology workflows.

• Capacity to maintain core working hours in alignment with EST.

• Practical experience with oncology clinical trials or investigational drug services (IDS) pharmacy workflows (preferred).

• Strong knowledge of oncology pharmacy operations and order set maintenance (preferred).
