This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +1 more state.
• Act as the primary contact for account management within a designated territory.
• Build meaningful relationships with prescribers and key stakeholders to enhance market share.
• Present impactful and compliant clinical information to academic centers, hospitals, and large group practices.
• Create and implement customer engagement strategies that align with company growth initiatives and relevant regulations.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and influence mapping as part of the account planning process.
• Cultivate and sustain knowledge of Centers of Excellence and Key Opinion Leaders within the territory.
• Improve clinical expertise and comprehension of reimbursement and infusion oncolytic distribution.
• Convert territory and account strategies into systematic execution that fosters clinical adoption and drives business outcomes.
• Collaborate in a compliant manner with cross-functional teams to address customer needs throughout the patient journey.
• Evaluate and analyze product performance within accounts and adjust strategies as needed.
• Incorporate feedback from the Regional Business Director to enhance skills, refine strategies, and boost performance.
• Comply with regulatory guidelines, company policies, and requirements.
• Travel domestically approximately 50% of the time.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, biological sciences, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• At least 7 years of account sales experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant therapeutic experience in hematology, immune oncology, rare diseases, solid tumors, and/or IV infusion products.
• Extensive experience with new product launches is preferred.
• Direct experience working with key accounts, stakeholders, influential key opinion leaders, and executive-level customers.
• Previous experience engaging with large oncology group practices, hospitals, academic centers/institutions, community markets, and integrated delivery networks.
• A valid driver’s license and a satisfactory MVR record are required.
• Must fulfill all credentialing criteria for access to academic institutions, medical facilities, and organizations in the designated area.
• May be required to undergo background checks, drug screenings, and provide proof of immunization and/or vaccinations.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, consultative selling, presentation, influencing, and negotiation abilities.
• Strong understanding of standards of care and emerging clinical trends.
• Proficient in promoting products in a virtual environment utilizing digital tools, systems, and technology.
• Experience with CRM systems, business planning tools, reporting tools, and LMS.
• Capable of working independently, prioritizing tasks with minimal daily supervision, and thinking strategically.
• Proven ability to collaborate with a diverse range of internal stakeholders.
• Ability to excel in ambiguous situations and a fast-paced, innovative environment.
