Oncology Case Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Maintain and enhance business relationships with existing customers within a designated territory.

• Oversee customer interactions from the initiation of orders to the delivery of laboratory reports.

• Collaborate with both internal and external partners to provide outstanding customer support and satisfaction.

• Implement strategies for customer retention to sustain and expand current accounts.

• Cultivate and uphold value-driven relationships with existing clients, promoting increased use of products and services.

• Engage with team members, Customer Support, and Commercial Leadership regarding customer feedback, success stories, challenges, and best practices.

• Record customer interactions, updates, and value-oriented activities in the CRM system.

• Acquire and maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products, services, technology platforms, billing processes, and molecular profiling solutions.

• Establish communication with key stakeholders at assigned accounts and escalate any issues that may impact customer satisfaction.

• Take care of assigned company equipment and assets.

• Accurately submit all necessary reports and documentation in a timely manner.

• Achieve or surpass designated performance targets.

• Provide support for meetings, conferences, and trade shows as required.

• Assist physicians with the ordering and interpretation of the CMI platform, ensuring QC report accuracy.

• Maintain a primary focus on case management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is required.

• At least three years of experience in account management or customer-facing roles.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

• Familiarity with clinic-based business practices.

• Capacity to learn proprietary software.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.

• A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation are necessary.

• Successful completion of pre-employment requirements is mandatory.

• Experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or diagnostics is preferred.

• Experience in oncology is preferred.

• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods.

• Capability to lift standard office materials.

• Access to PHI is required for assisting physicians with the ordering and interpretation of the CMI platform.
