Oncology Case Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Sustain and enhance business relationships with current customers within a designated territory.

• Oversee customer relationships from order placement to the delivery of laboratory reports.

• Collaborate with both internal and external partners to provide outstanding customer support and satisfaction.

• Implement strategies for customer retention and expand existing accounts.

• Establish and nurture value-driven customer relationships to increase the use of products and services.

• Engage with colleagues, Customer Support, and Commercial Leadership to discuss customer feedback, success stories, challenges, and best practices.

• Record customer interactions, updates, and value-oriented activities in the CRM system.

• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products, services, technology platforms, reimbursement and billing procedures, and molecular profiling solutions.

• Keep communication open with key account stakeholders and address any customer satisfaction issues that arise.

• Take care of assigned company equipment and assets.

• Ensure timely and accurate submission of required reports and documentation.

• Achieve or surpass assigned performance targets.

• Assist in meetings, conferences, and trade shows as necessary.

• Aid physicians in the ordering and interpretation of the CMI platform, ensuring QC report accuracy.

• Focus primarily on case management.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• At least three years of experience in account management or customer-facing roles.

• Strong skills in problem-solving and decision-making.

• Familiarity with clinic-based business practices is essential.

• Capability to learn proprietary software is necessary.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and collaboration abilities.

• A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation are required.

• Successful completion of pre-employment criteria is necessary.

• Experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or diagnostics is preferred.

• Preference for candidates with oncology experience.

• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods is required.

• Capability to lift standard office materials is necessary.

• Access to PHI is required for assisting physicians with CMI platform ordering and interpretation.
