This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Oversee a designated territory and establish robust, trusted relationships with oncology care teams.

• Develop and implement territory business plans that enhance patient access and achieve measurable outcomes.

• Cultivate and sustain connections with oncologists, specialty pharmacists, nurse navigators, and institutional accounts.

• Identify key prescribers and accounts, utilizing resources to address their needs and priorities.

• Collaborate with medical affairs, market access, commercial operations, and other cross-functional teams.

• Leverage customer insights and data to prioritize initiatives, establish goals, and evaluate performance.

• Support product launches and local promotional initiatives through coordinated, compliant field programs.

• Engage in regular travel within the assigned territory and occasionally beyond as required.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biologic, specialty sales, or clinical oncology with direct engagement with physicians or institutions.

• Valid driver's license and capability to drive within the assigned territory; driving is a critical function.

• Residence within the designated territory.

• Willingness to travel within the territory and occasionally beyond, including overnight stays and weekend conferences; travel may reach 30–50% depending on territory requirements.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, emphasizing the ability to build trusted relationships and influence without authority.

• Two or more years of experience in oncology or specialty sales, preferably with health system or institutional account experience.

• Familiarity with hematology or solid tumor therapies.

• Experience with infusion products.

• Knowledge of specialty pharmacy, payer engagement, or account-based strategies.

• Demonstrated ability to formulate and execute territory plans and achieve measurable targets.

• Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills for interactions with both internal and external stakeholders.
