This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee sales and business operations within a specified geographic region.
• Propel sales performance in the Los Angeles – West area, ensuring patient access to GSK therapies.
• Create and implement business strategies for the area.
• Identify and leverage resources to cultivate relationships with key prescribers and account influencers.
• Actively engage with major customers and account groups to advocate for GSK therapies and enhance the company’s image.
• Collaborate across departments to optimize brand presence and availability within important accounts.
• Partner with the team and the Regional Sales Director to facilitate successful product launches and continuous promotion.
• Design programs and initiatives with the Regional Sales Director and cross-functional collaborators to enhance customer access.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 3 years in pharmaceutical sales experience, with a focus on Biologic/Specialty sales and/or 3+ years in Clinical Oncology, including oncology education, patient care expertise, and direct interaction with physicians.
• A valid Driver’s License; must be capable of driving or operating a vehicle.
• Residence in the designated geography; no relocation assistance will be provided.
• Willingness to travel domestically as required, potentially involving overnight and/or weekend trips, up to 30% of the time.
• Preferred experience includes 2+ years in Oncology sales and/or Specialty sales.
• Strongly preferred: Health System/Institutional experience.
• Experience in product marketing, specialty pharmacy, payer, and state society is advantageous.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Capacity to think strategically while maintaining integrity, accuracy, and a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Account Management, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Data Insights, Digital Fluency, Omnichannel strategies, and Scientific Literacy.
