This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Promote GE HealthCare's PET Imaging Agent, Cerianna.

• Formulate and implement a comprehensive territory strategy involving hospitals and imaging centers.

• Establish Cerianna as a molecular imaging diagnostic PET agent targeted for recurrent or metastatic ER+ breast cancer.

• Identify leading referring healthcare providers and build relationships to enhance awareness of Cerianna.

• Guide imaging centers and referrers to facilitate access and eliminate ordering obstacles.

• Offer information, education, and reimbursement resources to Medical Oncologists and Breast Surgeons.

• Work in tandem with reimbursement and market access teams on the implementation and satisfaction of payor contracts.

• Partner with pharmacy channel associates to achieve product delivery objectives.

• Engage in pre-call planning, in-call inquiries, virtual sales, and cold outreach.

• Provide pricing strategy, negotiate contracts, manage pricing compliance, and oversee contract management.

• Forecast territory orders and sales, submitting weekly progress updates.

• Represent the company at healthcare conferences and seminars.

• Grasp the goals, workflows, and financial expectations of imaging centers and hospital departments regarding PET imaging.

• Collaborate with Strategic Account Managers on healthcare system strategies to boost demand and eliminate access barriers.

• Monitor the performance of the territory plan and work with cross-functional teams on subsequent actions.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a valid and current certification through the NMTCB or AART.

• Over 3 years of sales experience or relevant background in a medical, healthcare, technical, pharmaceutical, or Life Sciences field.

• Experience in selling to hospitals, contracting, and supply chain, or relevant clinical experience within a healthcare environment.

• Proven record of sales achievement, developing, organizing, and executing sales strategies, consistently meeting and surpassing sales goals, and penetrating new accounts/markets/competitors through adept prospecting, lead qualification, sales, and negotiation skills, or relevant experience in a healthcare organization leading the successful adoption of new initiatives.

• Demonstrated capability to meet objectives while adhering to regulatory standards.

• Strong communication skills, analytical abilities, and knowledge of the Nuclear Medicine/PET/pharmaceutical industry.

• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and conflicting priorities through effective organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills.

• Must be willing to reside in the designated territory.

• Must be prepared for 50% overnight travel.

• A strong desire to work in a start-up environment focused on establishing and expanding markets.

• Over 3 years of experience in the Oncology and/or nuclear medicine industry.

• An understanding of clinical tools and a drive for their adoption is crucial for success.

• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively towards achieving set objectives.

• Ability to apply both traditional and innovative problem-solving techniques to creatively address complex challenges.

• Competent in building rapport and relationships with colleagues and external contacts at all levels.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Proficient presentation skills.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not available.

• Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable.
