Onboarding Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Facilitate live onboarding and training sessions for new clients to ensure a smooth integration of Riverside’s solutions.

• Inform existing clients about new features and updates to enhance their utilization of the platform.

• Develop and maintain resources for customers, such as training presentations, guides, and workshops.

• Work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless transitions and a unified customer experience.

• Assist in the onboarding and continuous training of new team members within the Customer Success department.

• Actively identify customer requirements and objectives, guiding them towards realizing their initial value.

• Track customer health metrics and address potential issues to reduce churn.

• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure that resources are up-to-date with the latest advancements and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing position, preferably in support, onboarding, training, or customer success within a SaaS context.

• Strong capability to articulate technical concepts in a clear and engaging way.

• Experience in developing and delivering training content and materials.

• Outstanding organizational skills, with the capability to manage multiple projects and adhere to deadlines.

• Confidence in conducting live virtual training sessions.

• A proactive attitude with a dedication to providing outstanding customer experiences.

• A strong desire to assist and educate others, combined with a friendly and customer-oriented demeanor.
