Onboarding Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Become an authority on GovDash's platform related to capture, proposal development, and contract management.

• Collaborate with account executives to onboard new clients and establish implementation strategies.

• Conduct thorough investigations into pursuit volume, capture and proposal workflows, roles, handoffs, tools, and customer objectives.

• Provide training to clients during their initial 30 days to ensure successful conversion.

• Assist with integration, data setup, platform configuration, pipeline migration, content and documentation uploads, and other migration initiatives.

• Facilitate multiple daily customer sessions via Microsoft Teams to educate clients, manage live workflows, support migrations, and address inquiries.

• Transition converted accounts to Account Management with documented workflows, involved stakeholders, and outstanding items.

• Relay onboarding feedback to product and engineering teams concerning initial experiences and implementation challenges.

• Keep CRM records up to date.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in proposal development or capture.

• Proven experience in demonstrating software products.

• Background in training others on capture and proposal processes.

• Familiarity with government contracting, the current AI landscape, GovDash's offerings, and the challenges they address for clients.

• Capacity to work efficiently, manage frequent context changes, and run multiple pilot projects simultaneously.

• Strong ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Outstanding organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in simplifying complex concepts.

• Previous startup experience is a plus.

• Experience in technical domains such as AI or SaaS is advantageous.

• Practical experience utilizing AI tools to automate or optimize workflows is a plus.
