This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, construct, and continually enhance onboarding programs for new sales team members to support Vultr’s expanding commercial division.
• Establish ramp architecture, role-track development, graduation milestones, and criteria for readiness.
• Take ownership of success metrics, including ramp-to-quota duration, cohort win-rate improvement, technical proficiency, and retention of representatives.
• Collaborate with Product, Revenue Operations, and Sales leadership to ensure alignment with actual field conditions.
• Integrate AI-driven tools and workflows into coaching, content creation, and reinforcement activities.
• Deliver compelling presentations that simplify complex concepts and enhance learning retention.
• Oversee new-hire onboarding communications from the start date until the completion of the ramp period.
• Provide ramp-status updates to hiring managers, sales leaders, and cross-functional collaborators.
• Regularly report on cohort completion, certification, and readiness milestones.
• Gather feedback from new hires and managers, and communicate any subsequent program modifications.
• Minimum of 3 years in a quota-carrying or customer-facing revenue position (SDR, AE, SE, or CSM).
• At least 5 years of overall experience in enablement, onboarding, or ownership of revenue programs.
• Proven track record of designing or managing onboarding programs independently or with minimal support.
• Experience utilizing data to link onboarding programs with ramp speed, quota achievement, or retention rates.
• Proficient in Salesforce and Gong (or similar tools) for analyzing representative performance.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Capable of independently managing all onboarding-related communications.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a program from start to finish without a team, with verifiable results from personal execution and cross-functional influence.
• Experience in IaaS, cloud infrastructure, or developer-centric products is a plus.
• Knowledge of CPU cloud (compute, networking, storage) is advantageous.
• Previous experience in a high-growth startup scaling a sales team (Series B+) is beneficial.
• Familiarity with applying AI tools or AI-enabled workflows in learning, coaching, or performance support is a plus.
• Experience as the sole owner of a function or program is an advantage.
• Must reside in the United States.
