This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
β’ Oversee customer onboarding initiatives from the post-sale handoff through to kickoff, configuration, training, launch, and transition to Customer Success.
β’ Set project objectives, milestones, responsibilities, timelines, dependencies, and criteria for success.
β’ Keep project documentation updated and ensure both customers and internal stakeholders are accountable for the next steps.
β’ Act as the main point of contact for customers during the onboarding phase.
β’ Facilitate customer meetings and deliver proactive status updates.
β’ Convert customer requirements into actionable implementation strategies.
β’ Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Support, Product, Technical, Operations, and other relevant teams.
β’ Address configuration, workflow, data needs, integration, dependencies, and implementation challenges.
β’ Identify and mitigate project risks.
β’ Ensure that training and implementation tasks are accomplished.
β’ Keep precise records for customers and systems.
β’ Provide insights to enhance onboarding processes, resources, and customer time to value.
β’ A minimum of 4 years of relevant customer-facing experience in software onboarding, implementation, customer support, customer success, project coordination/project management, account management, or a similar role.
β’ Preferably experienced in a SaaS or technology setting.
β’ Proven ability to independently manage several customer projects, implementations, or complex customer engagements at the same time.
β’ Responsible for timelines, deliverables, follow-through, and customer outcomes.
β’ Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization abilities.
β’ Capability to create plans, milestones, responsibilities, timelines, and accountability across multiple simultaneous workstreams.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Ability to conduct customer meetings, manage expectations, communicate proactively, and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
β’ Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in technology.
β’ Experience with CRM, project management, communication, and productivity tools.
β’ Quick adaptability to new software, workflows, products, and industry concepts.
