Onboarding Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Perform reviews of health and medications with patients, including assessments of medication lists and administration instructions, as well as gathering essential health information.

• Precisely input patient prescription details.

• Meet key performance indicators established by management.

• Create a welcoming first impression of AnewHealth/ExactCare and its offerings.

• Provide education to facilities, institutions, and patients about ExactCare’s services.

• Oversee patient assessments to enhance business growth and sustain referral relationships.

• Keep accurate records and compile reports for the ExactCare team.

• Reach out to potential patients daily, arrange telephonic reviews, and conduct follow-up calls.

• Engage in daily team meetings, training sessions, and other meetings as needed.

• Maintain communication with the management team.

• Uphold AnewHealth’s Core Values in all communications and interactions.

• Carry out additional assigned responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• An associate’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience that warrants an exception.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in pharmacy customer service.

• Certification as a Pharmacy Technician is preferred.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Energetic and empathetic telephone communication skills are essential.

• Ability to persuade effectively.

• Team-oriented mindset.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Capability to multitask.

• Self-motivated individual able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Exceptional oral, written, facilitation, and presentation communication skills.

• Proficient in the MS Office suite.

• Willingness to work an average of 40 hours per week, including outside of regular business hours on an ad-hoc basis.
