Onboarding Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the entire onboarding journey for studios transitioning from the initial kickoff to the go-live stage.

• Develop expertise in the Arketa product and tailor the platform to align with each studio's operational needs.

• Provide training to studio owners and their staff on scheduling, memberships, payments, and daily operations.

• Lead the preparation for data calls and conduct data mapping discussions; ensure exported data is validated and defects are identified early.

• Collaborate with the Migrations team on data cleaning while managing partner relationships and reviews.

• Oversee the integration of standard Stripe billing and autopay processes.

• Keep precise records of pipeline stages, dates, and call logs in HubSpot.

• Address partner emails within 24 hours from Monday to Friday.

• Refer complex migrations to senior onboarding specialists.

• Gather product and process feedback to enhance the partner experience.

• Launch around 15–18 studios per month once at a steady operational state.

• Work in collaboration with the Migrations, Sales, and Support teams.

• Report directly to the Onboarding Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in customer success, onboarding, implementation, or studio/software management.

• Capacity to quickly learn software and attain a high level of product knowledge.

• Proficiency in training non-technical studio owners and staff effectively.

• Strong skills in relationship-building.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong organizational skills and self-management capabilities while handling a large active pipeline.

• Comfortable with data calls, migration exports, spreadsheets, and data analysis.

• Based in the UK with full availability during business hours in the UK.

• Bonus: experience with fitness/wellness studio software such as Acuity, Glofox, Vagaro, or similar platforms.

• Bonus: experience working behind the desk at a wellness business.

• Bonus: familiarity with tools such as Intercom, HubSpot, Notion, or similar applications.

• Bonus: ease of use with AI-assisted tools.

• Required application responses regarding wellness, fitness/wellness business experience, confidence with spreadsheets/data, and sponsorship needs.
