Onboarding Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Guarantee an outstanding onboarding experience for clients.

• Assist and guide the implementation of Resident Billing, Utility Expense Management, and Vacant Cost Recovery services.

• Work collaboratively with the team to effectively set up properties in the billing platform.

• Ensure that processes are executed in a timely and precise manner.

• Conduct training sessions and presentations for groups.

• Maintain frequent communication with both colleagues and clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in an implementation role.

• 1–2 years of experience supervising team members is preferred.

• Prior experience with utility billing is highly advantageous.

• Strong technical skills are essential.

• Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Capable of understanding and articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical individuals.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

• Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Capability to train and present effectively to groups.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly efficient with minimal supervision.

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

• Strong technical and business insight related to implementation processes.

• A mindset geared toward continuous learning, focusing on process enhancement and emerging technologies.

• Ability to sit for prolonged periods while working on a computer.

• Occasional ability to lift office supplies weighing up to 25 lbs.
