Onboarding Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Facilitate an outstanding onboarding process for clients

• Assist and guide the implementation of Resident Billing, Utility Expense Management, and Vacant Cost Recovery services

• Work collaboratively with the team to effectively configure properties in the billing platform

• Ensure that processes are carried out promptly and accurately

• Conduct training sessions and presentations for groups

• Maintain regular communication with colleagues and clients

• Participate in process enhancement and the adoption of new technologies

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in an implementation role

• Preferred 1-2 years of experience supervising team members

• Previous experience in utility billing is highly advantageous

• Strong technical skills are essential

• Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Capable of understanding and conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

• Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Competence in training and presenting to groups

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly productive with minimal supervision

• Bachelor's degree is preferred

• Strong technical and business understanding related to implementation processes

• Commitment to continuous learning with a focus on process improvement and emerging technologies

• Ability to work remotely from a home office

• Capacity to sit for extended periods while working on a computer

• Ability to occasionally lift office supplies weighing up to 25 lbs
