Onboarding Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Ensure clients receive an outstanding onboarding experience.

• Assist in the implementation of Resident Billing, Utility Expense Management, and Vacant Cost Recovery services.

• Work alongside the team to effectively establish properties within the billing platform.

• Guarantee that processes are carried out promptly and accurately.

• Provide training and presentations to groups.

• Maintain regular communication with colleagues and clients.

• Participate in process enhancement and the adoption of innovative technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an implementation role.

• 1–2 years of experience supervising team members is preferred.

• Prior experience in utility billing is highly advantageous.

• Strong technical aptitude is necessary.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.

• Capability to comprehend and explain intricate technical concepts to non-technical individuals.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

• Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

• Competence in training and presenting to groups.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly efficient while working with minimal supervision.

• A bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Strong technical and business acumen concerning implementation processes.

• A mindset focused on continuous learning, process improvement, and emerging technologies.

• Capability to work in a remote office environment.

• Ability to remain seated for extended periods while using a computer.

• Capacity to occasionally lift office supplies weighing up to 25 lbs.
