Onboarding Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Assist and oversee the execution of Resident Billing, Utility Expense Management, and Vacant Cost Recovery services.

• Work in conjunction with the team to ensure efficient setup of properties within the billing platform.

• Guarantee that processes are carried out promptly and accurately.

• Deliver an exceptional onboarding experience for clients.

• Conduct training sessions and presentations for groups.

• Manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced work environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an implementation role.

• Preferred 1-2 years of experience supervising team members.

• Prior experience in utility billing is highly advantageous.

• Strong technical aptitude with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Capability to comprehend and articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

• Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to train and present to groups.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly productive with limited supervision.

• Robust technical and business knowledge related to implementation processes.

• Commitment to continuous learning with an emphasis on process enhancement and emerging technologies.

• Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.

• Occasional lifting of office supplies weighing up to 25 lbs.
