This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, emphasizing compliance and thorough documentation.

• Confirm and organize employment packages.

• Manage the complete employee onboarding lifecycle while fulfilling operational needs.

• Respond to employee inquiries throughout the onboarding journey.

• Work collaboratively with Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle, and Payroll teams.

• Identify and implement enhancements to the onboarding experience.

• Accurately manage and safeguard employee data with confidentiality.

• Contribute to reporting, audits, and data integrity initiatives.

• Spot and advocate for automation opportunities to enhance onboarding efficiency and scalability.

• Report directly to the Manager of Onboarding Operations.


⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience in operational roles.

• Comprehensive understanding of people operations, including experience with employment and legal contracts.

• Expertise in managing employment contracts and legally binding documents, especially in HR or people management.

• Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments, preferably in startups or high-growth organizations.

• High level of proficiency in written and spoken English at a business standard.

• Strong attention to detail and clarity in documentation and communication.

• Proficient in collaboration tools suitable for asynchronous work.

• Ability to learn and adapt to new and changing systems.

• Capable of working independently while being part of an international, fast-paced, remote team.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate global needs.

• Familiarity with Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and Google Workspace (G-Suite) or similar tools.

• Skills in knowledge and content management.
