This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Vietnam, +2 more countries.
• Enhance the onboarding experience for new employees of clients globally.
• Report directly to the Manager of Onboarding Operations.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring compliance and smooth documentation.
• Verify and prepare employment packages for new employees.
• Take ownership of the complete employee onboarding lifecycle while fulfilling operational requirements.
• Address any employee inquiries throughout the onboarding journey.
• Collaborate with teams in Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle, and Payroll.
• Enhance the onboarding experience by anticipating and adapting to evolving needs.
• Accurately, securely, and confidentially manage and maintain employee data.
• Contribute to reporting, audits, and initiatives focused on data integrity.
• Identify and promote automation opportunities to streamline the onboarding process, enhancing efficiency and scalability.
• Strong experience in operational roles.
• Comprehensive understanding of people operations, including experience with employment and legal contracting.
• Expertise in managing employment contracts and other legally binding documents, particularly in HR or people management.
• Experience in dynamic, cross-functional environments, preferably within startups or rapidly growing companies.
• High proficiency in English, both written and spoken, at a business level.
• Attention to detail and clarity in documentation and communication.
• Proficient in using collaboration tools for asynchronous work and adaptable to new systems.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a remote international team while managing multiple priorities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate global requirements as necessary.
• Familiarity with Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and Google Workspace (G-Suite) or similar tools.
• Skilled in organizing, maintaining, and updating knowledge and content resources.
• Strong capabilities in automation and fluency in AI.
