This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand, +2 more countries.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, emphasizing compliance and efficient documentation, including the verification and preparation of employment packages.
• Take ownership of the complete employee onboarding lifecycle while fulfilling operational requirements.
• Respond to employee inquiries throughout the onboarding journey.
• Collaborate with the Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle, and Payroll teams.
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance the onboarding experience.
• Manage and safeguard employee data, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance with confidentiality standards.
• Contribute to reporting, audit processes, and data integrity initiatives.
• Recognize and advocate for automation opportunities to optimize onboarding processes, boosting efficiency and scalability.
• Report directly to the Manager of Onboarding Operations.
• A robust background in operational roles, with a comprehensive understanding of people operations; experience in employment and legal contracting is essential.
• Expertise in managing employment contracts and similar legally binding documents, particularly in the HR or people management domain.
• Experience in dynamic, cross-functional environments, preferably within startups or high-growth organizations.
• High level of proficiency in both written and spoken English in a business context.
• Strong attention to detail and clarity in documentation and communication.
• Proficient in utilizing various collaboration tools for efficient asynchronous work.
• Capable of quickly learning and adapting to new and evolving systems.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a fast-paced, international remote team, managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Willing to accommodate flexible hours to meet global needs as necessary.
• Familiarity with Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and Google Workspace (G-Suite) or similar tools.
• Competent in organizing, maintaining, and updating knowledge and content resources.
• Strong skills in automation and AI capabilities, along with fluency in AI-related technologies.
