This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines, +2 more countries.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new team members, emphasizing compliance and ensuring smooth documentation, including the verification and preparation of employment packages.
• Take full ownership of the entire employee onboarding journey, fulfilling operational needs and addressing employee inquiries throughout the process.
• Collaborate effectively with the Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle, and Payroll teams.
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance the onboarding experience.
• Manage and safeguard employee data, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance with confidentiality standards.
• Contribute to reporting, audits, and projects focused on data integrity.
• Recognize and promote automation opportunities to optimize onboarding processes, enhancing efficiency and scalability.
• Report directly to the Manager of Onboarding Operations.
• Comprehensive experience in operational roles, with a strong grasp of people operations; experience in employment and legal contracting is essential.
• Expertise in managing employment contracts and similar legally binding documents, particularly within the HR or people management domain.
• Background in fast-paced, cross-functional environments, preferably within startups or high-growth companies.
• High proficiency in both written and spoken English at a business level.
• Strong attention to detail and clarity in documentation and communication.
• Proficient in utilizing various collaboration tools for effective asynchronous work.
• Capable of learning and adapting to new and evolving systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an international, fast-paced, remote team while managing multiple priorities.
• Willingness to embrace flexible hours to accommodate global needs as necessary.
• Familiar with Notion, Slack, Zendesk, Google Workspace (G-Suite), or similar platforms.
• Competent in organizing, maintaining, and updating knowledge and content resources.
• Strong skills in automation and AI, with fluency in AI concepts.
