This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia, +3 more countries.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new hires with an emphasis on compliance and efficient documentation.
• Confirm and assemble employment packages.
• Take ownership of the complete employee onboarding lifecycle while fulfilling operational requirements.
• Address inquiries from employees throughout the onboarding journey.
• Collaborate with teams in Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle, and Payroll.
• Pursue and implement enhancements to the onboarding experience.
• Manage and uphold employee data, ensuring accuracy, security, and confidentiality compliance.
• Contribute to reporting, audits, and data integrity initiatives.
• Identify and advocate for automation opportunities to enhance onboarding efficiency and scalability.
• Report directly to the Manager of Onboarding Operations.
• Strong experience in operational roles with a comprehensive understanding of people operations; expertise in employment and legal contracting is essential.
• Proficient in managing employment contracts and other legally binding documents, particularly in HR or people management contexts.
• Proven ability to thrive in dynamic, cross-functional environments, preferably within startups or rapidly growing companies.
• Excellent collaboration, ownership, independent working capabilities, and a proactive approach to seeking support.
• High proficiency in both written and spoken English at a business level.
• Strong attention to detail and clarity in documentation and communications.
• Competent in using collaboration tools for asynchronous work and adaptable to evolving systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced, international remote team while managing multiple priorities.
• Willingness to maintain flexible hours to accommodate global requirements as needed.
• Familiarity with Notion, Slack, Zendesk, Google Workspace (G-Suite), or similar platforms.
• Proficient in organizing, maintaining, and updating knowledge and content resources.
• Strong skills in automation and AI capabilities, with fluency in AI concepts.
