This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Coordinate site interviews via the Talent Acquisition platform, ensuring precise communication and documentation of interview details.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Workday and Phenom, offering guidance and support regarding relevant recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Review and audit incomplete Pre-Hire Lifecycle (PLH) activities, notifying the appropriate Onboarding Advisor of any outstanding requirements.
• Assist clinicians with inquiries or problems related to pre-hire or onboarding tasks, including basic troubleshooting and system guidance.
• Execute National Practitioner Data Bank (NPDB) queries for eligible new hires.
• Collaborate with Recruiters to maintain accurate and complete candidate files, finalizing necessary hiring documentation within Workday.
• Complete and oversee assigned E-Verify tasks in compliance with federal regulations and organizational protocols.
• Ensure accurate candidate and onboarding information across relevant systems for reporting, tracking, compliance, and workflow management.
• Identify incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed onboarding activities and escalate issues as necessary.
• Foster continuous improvement by pinpointing opportunities to enhance system workflows, documentation, communication, and process efficiency.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Manage candidate progress, keep accurate candidate records, and facilitate efficient hiring and onboarding processes.
• Complete and oversee administrative and system-based onboarding tasks.
• Collaborate with Recruiters and Onboarding Advisors to ensure a smooth and timely onboarding experience.
• Recognize incomplete tasks, resolve routine issues, and guarantee that necessary documentation and onboarding activities are completed accurately and within set timelines.
• A minimum of one year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, human resources, or administrative support within a corporate or professional setting.
• Knowledge of recruitment, interview scheduling, pre-hire, and onboarding processes.
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Human Capital Management system, or other recruitment and onboarding technologies is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Workday and/or Phenom is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple priorities, deadlines, and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail, ensuring accurate records, documentation, and system data is maintained.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills, focused on ensuring a positive clinician experience.
• Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clinicians, Recruiters, Onboarding Advisors, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders at various organizational levels.
• Adaptable to shifting priorities, processes, systems, and organizational demands.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities to troubleshoot common issues and determine when escalation is necessary.
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and comfort with learning and navigating various business systems.
• A Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Equivalent relevant education, training, and/or professional experience may be considered.
