Onboarding Consultant, Menu

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with restaurant owners during the Go-Live phase and establish onboarding plans that adhere to timelines and budgets.

• Develop best practices for daily restaurant operations utilizing Toast, focusing on labor and food costs, table turnover rates, and customer relationships.

• Consult with clients to identify configuration requirements prior to go-live and relay specific needs to project resources.

• Execute remote onboarding configurations and document the go-live process, along with best practices and any deviations.

• Design and conduct onboarding training for restaurant personnel regarding Toast configurations and operational efficiencies.

• Oversee multiple onboarding projects concurrently, managing a portfolio of over 80 restaurants within the region.

• Act as the customer’s menu relationship manager and primary point of contact from the purchase phase through onboarding.

• Work independently under the guidance of an Onboarding Manager to meet monthly activation targets and prioritize customer tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a role focused on customer satisfaction and business operations.

• Experience managing long-term client relationships lasting 4–6 weeks or more.

• Capability to work independently and manage competing priorities within a dynamic environment.

• Proven history of achieving and surpassing goals.

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and influencing abilities.

• At least 1 year of experience with POS software, preferably in the service industry (preferred).

• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM (preferred).

• Background in the tech sector or experience with a SaaS company (preferred).

• Experience in training, teaching, or development (preferred).
