Onboarding Analyst – Business Formation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the onboarding process for new clients.

• Examine data related to taxation and the classification and reclassification of MEI (Individual Microentrepreneur) status.

• Confirm economic activities (CNAEs) and their alignment with the relevant tax regime.

• Assess and verify the company's address.

• Review and authenticate all documents necessary for company formation.

• Ensure that all information in internal systems is precise and complete.

• Maintain ongoing communication with clients, offering support and answering queries throughout the process.

• Guarantee that clients navigate the onboarding process with assurance and clarity.

• Review and rectify errors to ensure the quality and precision of onboarding and the smooth submission of cases to the Legalization Department.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience or familiarity with process review.

• Proven experience in client communication.

• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office.

• Intermediate understanding of company formation processes.

• Intermediate knowledge of tax accounting.

• Awareness of workflow processes.

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
