This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Oversee a range of incoming tickets and may respond to live phone inquiries
• Provide exceptional customer service to caregivers and clients via phone and email communication
• Keep comprehensive and precise records of transactions, interactions, and requests
• Address tickets through effective communication, meticulous documentation, system updates, and collaboration with field teams
• Accept guidance and constructive feedback from team leaders
• Exhibit punctuality and consistent attendance
• Uphold a professional, respectful, and courteous attitude
• Execute additional tasks as assigned by management
• Previous experience in phone-based customer service, especially managing high call volumes, is preferred
• Proficient computer skills and the capability to learn company software
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
• Capacity to remain composed and professional in high-pressure situations
• Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Capability to lift and carry weights of up to 15-20 pounds
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods during the workday
• Proficient in using standard office equipment such as personal computers, laptops, telephones, photocopiers, etc.
