O&M Development Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily technical operations for production systems, ensuring stability, security, and optimal performance across various environments.

• Manage the resolution of incidents, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement long-term corrective measures.

• Supervise patching, configuration updates, and maintenance across application, data, and integration layers.

• Promote monitoring, identify automation opportunities, and drive performance enhancements.

• Direct the technical stability, upkeep, and improvement of production systems.

• Guarantee cloud-native, secure, and scalable operations within an enterprise platform.

• Coordinate with development and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) teams to ensure production stability.

• Occasionally travel as necessary.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 10 years of relevant experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field; equivalent experience is acceptable for highly qualified candidates.

• Over 10 years of experience supporting enterprise software systems, including operations, maintenance, and production support.

• Significant experience in leading troubleshooting, defect resolution, and incident management activities.

• Strong background in maintaining cloud-native applications, integrations, and multi-environment pipelines.

• Experience in coordinating development and O&M teams to maintain production stability.

• Proficiency in application monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks for cloud-native systems.

• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevSecOps tools.

• Capability to troubleshoot across application, data, network, and integration layers.

• Familiarity with security patching, vulnerability remediation, and compliance maintenance.

• Ability to successfully pass a security background check.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

• US Citizenship is not mandatory.
