This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Respond to calls in a professional manner, ensuring adherence to the Interpreter’s code of conduct.

• Always be ready to take notes during a call.

• Accurately and completely convey all messages, without adding, omitting, or altering any content.

• Deliver the highest standard of customer service throughout the interpreting process.

• Facilitate effective communication between Limited English Proficient individuals and clients by providing accurate and complete interpretation of messages.

• Strong enthusiasm for various languages and the art of interpretation.

• Professional experience as remote interpreters.

• Knowledge of specialized vocabulary within the healthcare and medical sectors.
