OHS Specialist I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Supervise each phase within the Occupational Health setting to guarantee efficient processing of operations.

• Assist clients by addressing their inquiries.

• Aid candidates with their registration process.

• Oversee and engage with the occupational health workflow.

• Ensure that test results are communicated promptly.

• Validate and conclude drug tests based on vendor confirmations.

• Verify the status of occupational health services completed within the last 48–72 hours.

• Support in the development and upkeep of client-specific details.

• Reach out to vendors for further information regarding testing requests.

• Aid applicants in remote areas to locate collection sites and manually register them when required.

• Manually register applicants using the ZIP code linked to their current address if they are not registered within 24 hours of receiving an invitation.

• Draft and send registration information for occupational health tests to applicants.

• Provide direct oversight to ensure all client requirements are fulfilled.
