Offshore SDR, Appointment Setter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Engage with warm inbound leads who have expressed interest in solar products and services.

• Assess homeowners against the company's established criteria.

• Address basic objections in a professional and confident manner.

• Schedule qualified in-person appointments using the CRM system.

• Perform outbound follow-up calls to older homeowner lists.

• Reconnect with missed or no-show appointments.

• Ensure accurate documentation in the CRM with notes and lead statuses.

• Achieve daily and monthly targets for appointment setting.

• Provide a high-energy, professional customer experience on every interaction.

• Collaborate effectively with the US-based sales team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in appointment-setting, telesales, cold-calling, or as an SDR.

• Previous experience in the solar industry is highly desirable.

• Background in related industries such as insurance, mortgage, home services, HVAC, roofing, or real estate cold calling is beneficial.

• Excellent verbal communication skills with fluency in English.

• Neutral or nearly neutral accent suitable for US clientele.

• Warm, confident, and conversational demeanor on the phone.

• Emotionally resilient and able to handle rejection comfortably.

• Capability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Comfortable managing high volumes of calls each day.

• Full-time availability corresponding to US Eastern Time is essential.

• Saturday availability is mandatory.

• Familiarity with GoHighLevel or similar CRMs is a plus.

• A stable internet connection and a professional remote work setup are required.
