This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead a remote team in the Bluecar Fleet MD/HD to meet customer service objectives and ensure adherence to Copart processes.

• Enhance the customer experience by establishing and upholding best practices that align with company policies, quality standards, and service expectations.

• Collaborate with peer managers to implement and advance the GCFR platform.

• Work scheduled hours from 10 AM to 7 PM CST, with the possibility of required overtime.

• Recruit, train, develop, and inspire team members.

• Evaluate calls to improve customer service quality.

• Review system files to enhance productivity and quality.

• Monitor and report on first-call resolution metrics.

• Oversee daily operations for supervised roles.

• Ensure team performance aligns with company standards.

• Provide guidance on responsibilities and objectives.

• Manage employee scheduling and attendance records.

• Conduct timely performance evaluations for employees.

• Mentor employees to promote open communication.

• Complete job tasks for supervised roles as necessary.

• Steer the team towards meeting or surpassing business targets.

• Organize and facilitate virtual team meetings.

• Address employee and customer service concerns effectively.

• Travel occasionally as required.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma (GED) is required; some college education is preferred.

• At least three (3) years of experience in office management or a related field.

• Proficiency in computer applications, particularly the MS Office Suite.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong customer service abilities.

• Capability to recruit, train, and develop staff effectively.

• Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute.

• Basic proficiency in 10-key data entry.

• Capacity to multitask in a dynamic environment.

• Skills in managing expenses with basic accounting and inventory management knowledge.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

• Experience managing multiple processes for team members.

• Strong conflict management skills.

• Valid driver's license is required.

• Willingness to travel as necessary.

• Ability to respond to alarm calls when required.

• Bilingual skills are a plus.
