This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
• Deliver daily back office support for clients and teams.
• Execute reprographics, copying, mailing, and intake tasks in both physical and digital settings.
• Assist with hospitality, facilities, audio/visual, reception, and other Williams Lea service lines as necessary.
• Utilize appropriate logs for office services tasks.
• Ensure job tickets are accurately completed prior to commencing work.
• Follow established procedures and execute jobs in the correct sequence.
• Communicate with supervisors or clients about job or deadline concerns.
• Accept, complete, and deliver work within agreed-upon deadlines.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
• Prioritize tasks effectively.
• Conduct quality assurance on personal work and that of others.
• Load machines with paper, toner, and other supplies.
• Respond to telephone calls and emails, and place service calls when necessary.
• Engage with clients in person, via phone, and electronically.
• Comply with Williams Lea and client site policies.
• Utilize equipment and supplies in a cost-efficient manner.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least 1 year of experience in office services, ideally within a legal, banking, or large corporate context.
• Proficient in the use of mail, phone, email, digital reprographics, and mailing equipment.
• Familiar with general back office procedures.
• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional telephone and email etiquette.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
• Capacity to meet deadlines and complete projects promptly.
• Ability to manage sensitive and/or confidential documents and information.
• Capability to make independent decisions in alignment with business needs and policies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to escalate issues appropriately.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Skilled at interacting with individuals from diverse backgrounds and functional areas.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Willingness to commute to various worksites as required.
