Off-Page SEO Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of search performance and web content for enterprisemonkey.com.au, dumbmonkey.ai, aamirqutub.com, and agentsforhumanity.ai.

• Develop high-quality backlinks through outreach, guest posting, and digital public relations.

• Enhance domain and page authority by implementing a consistent white-hat linking strategy.

• Establish and refine local citations and directory listings.

• Conduct backlink audits, create disavow files, and oversee link profiles.

• Perform competitor backlink-gap analysis and maintain a targeted list of potential link sources.

• Manage outreach prospecting, craft personalized pitches, and conduct follow-ups.

• Seek earned-media and expert-quote opportunities for the brands and Aamir’s profile.

• Write and refine meta titles, descriptions, and heading structures.

• Enhance internal linking strategies.

• Publish and optimize landing pages, website content, and occasional blog posts in Drupal.

• Address crawl and indexing issues identified in Ahrefs Site Audit and Google Search Console.

• Assist with keyword research and content brief creation.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant work experience.

• Strong understanding of both on-page and off-page SEO and content optimization techniques.

• Proficient knowledge of keyword research, meta tags, and content organization.

• Familiarity with a content management system (CMS) such as Drupal or WordPress.

• Strong writing abilities for web and marketing content.

• Experience with Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, and GA4, or a strong desire to learn quickly.

• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about learning and personal development.

• Hands-on experience with Drupal CMS (preferred).

• Familiarity with SEO tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, and GA4 (preferred).

• A portfolio or samples demonstrating previous SEO and/or content projects (preferred).

• Experience creating content for social media, particularly on LinkedIn (preferred).

• Experience utilizing AI tools, especially Claude, for SEO and content assistance (preferred).

• A degree in Marketing, English, Communications, or Journalism (preferred).
