This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Enhance occupational safety by making it digital, intelligent, and user-friendly.

• Assist clients as a reliable partner in the fields of occupational safety, health, and security.

• Provide occupational safety services through digital platforms.

• Play an active role in shaping new processes at kaer.

• Fulfill occupational safety duties with 60% travel across Germany.

• Independently plan travel and manage remaining working hours.

• Collaborate effectively within a team while also working autonomously.

• Decrease documentation efforts by utilizing software solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient knowledge in occupational safety, including regulations, processes, and products.

• A professional and confident demeanor.

• Ability and willingness to work collaboratively as well as independently.

• Passion and experience in delivering digital services.

• Completed training as an Occupational Safety Specialist (SiFa).

• Additional qualifications in occupational health and safety are advantageous, such as fire safety officer, safety and health coordinator (SiGeKo), waste management officer, water protection officer, or emissions protection officer.

• Commitment to sustainably enhancing occupational safety and contributing to a young, dynamic team.

• Proficiency in English is preferred.

• Willingness to undertake 60% travel nationwide in Germany.
