This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Enhance the development of occupational health and safety at kaer.

• Assist in the creation of digital, intelligent, and user-friendly safety processes.

• Engage with regulations, processes, and products related to occupational health and safety.

• Provide services through digital platforms.

• Contribute to the design and implementation of new processes.

• Offer advice and support to clients on occupational health and safety, occupational medicine, and health management.

• Collaborate within a team while also demonstrating the ability to work independently.

• Fulfill the role requiring approximately 60% travel, with flexible working arrangements for the remaining time.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of occupational health and safety, encompassing regulations, processes, and products.

• Professional demeanor and confident communication skills.

• Completion of training as an occupational health and safety specialist.

• Experience in delivering digital services.

• Additional qualifications in occupational and health protection are beneficial, such as fire safety officer, health and safety coordinator, waste management officer, water protection officer, or emissions control officer.

• Commitment to driving sustainable change in occupational health and safety and contributing to process development.

• Proficiency in the English language is preferred.

• Availability for travel approximately 60% of the time.
