Senior Safety Reporting Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Collect, prepare, and deliver safety reports to the appropriate parties.

• Ensure that reports meet regulatory deadlines and comply with national legislation.

• Regularly monitor compliance with safety reporting standards.

• Lead major projects, ensuring that submissions adhere to established processes and regulatory timelines.

• Contribute insights and feedback for program and departmental procedural documents.

• Share innovative ideas and participate in their development and execution.

• Collaborate with relevant departments on safety reporting activities and attend necessary meetings.

• Provide input, feedback, and mentorship to team members.

• Guide new employees in their roles.

• Generate metrics and engage in financial projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or an equivalent relevant academic/vocational qualification.

• Prior experience of at least 5 years in a similar role.

• A combination of appropriate education, training, and/or directly related experience may be accepted.

• Comprehensive understanding of medical terminology.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledgeable about database functionalities.

• Strong grasp of procedural documents and global safety reporting standards.

• Effective time management and multitasking abilities.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Capacity to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.

• Proven initiative, along with persuasion and negotiation skills.
